Key Milestones
1974
2003
Commenced operations with dyeing & printing of Poplin, Khadi & Knighty fabrics in Balotra, Rajasthan
Foray into weaving by setting up LAXMI VISHAL FABRICS and installing 24 power looms in Bhilwara.
2006
2023
Underwent technological expansion by installing 49 Dornier Looms with a total capacity of 3 million mtrs per annum.
Undertook forward integration by setting up LAXMI VISHAL PROCESSORS - A fully equipped cotton process house with an installed fabric processing capacity of 24 Million meters per annum
2024
2025
Achieved OEKO-TEX® certification, setting benchmarks in textile safety.
Further expanded by increasing the total fabric processing capacity to 35 million meters per annum and setting up a wet finishing machine for ECRU finish.
Achieved GOTS®, OCS®, RCS®& GRS® certification, moving towards sustainable, organic and recycled textile production.
